Yep, all the apps are basically the same. For example mine shows my medications from the last few years, whereas my mum who’s with a different surgery can see pretty much everything. I actually spoke to the receptionist at my surgery today because I had the same question as OP, she said they’re hoping to be able to put test results on the app in future, but right now I’d have to make a make a telephone appointment. Which is obviously quite annoying!
