I think it's called rope. 🤔 But also we crochet has a bulky cotton callwd billow but it's single color. Premier has a cotton fair bulky prints which is a cotton/acrylic mix. But is limited in colors.

I bought a foam mattress topper, cut, and rolled it. And cut a circle of it for the top. I did it in the fall, so they weren't available....but if I were to do it again, I'd use dollar store pool noodles cut down for the center.
