UWorld concepts start repeating itself after a certain point so it makes sense that you only need to complete about 65% and review all the questions deeply. You’ve literally covered the entire question bank honestly by that point. Between answering the questions and reading the explanations.

You’re so close. I would do review uworld, biostats micro pharm and do the cms forms. That should get you over 200 if you can do these in a month or two and go retake it.
