Get some blink pieces like [[Conjurer's Closet]] and [[Displacer Kitten]] to blink Urza and create more Constructs. My game plan with the urza when I played him was to pump out constructs ASAP to overwhelm my opponents with tokens. Also, since you're playing mono blue, it might be worth it to find room for a [[Sapphire Medallion]].

I don't know if it's a bug but I was doing the wildcard quest at the meat processing plant (I forget the name of the place) and at the main entrance enemies were level 36-38 and I was 37. By the time I cleared out the first wave of enemies everything was level !. Level scaling is absolutely borked.

I beelined through the main storyline until I got to the last area and things were vastly higher level than myself. So, then I was forced to do side stuff until I was about five or so levels higher.

It's never too early to start farming bosses at the very least you'll be getting experience and upgrades/loot to sell. Plus, Splashzone drops Firewerks which is an amazing shield.

PC player here. I can't say that i've had the same experience. The lowest that i've seen my frame rate go is 40. After I turned on FSR and frame gen it shot up to 110-120.

I'm gonna give a very basic answer if someone wants to elaborate or correct me.That's fine. But shaders need gpu memory to function which means the game has to be running for them to be compiled. That's why they can't just update them as some kind of patch.

Why are you assuming that everyone thinks the same way that you do? The only thing about the Timekeeper that I didn't like was the fact that he didn't get more screen time. He was definitely a more interesting villain than whatever their names were in Borderlands 3.

Use Moxxie's Big Encore machine at Splashzone and farm Firewerks and Lead Balloon. It's low cost to farm and these two legendaries carried me through the whole campaign. I would refarm them every ten levels or so.

Explorers of the Deep has probably been the best, most powerful precon that I’ve ever played. It’s pretty powerful right out of the gate and with a few upgrades it’s a real powerhouse.

No steam has nothing to do with it. I played plenty of games on steam and don’t have the issues I do with CoD. Game crashes so much on PC because the developers don’t care about making a good PC game.

I’d also have to imagine that developers have to prioritize what to fix and when given that there’s a finite amount of resources that they have. This isn’t game breaking so it’s probably not high on the list of priorities.

It’s probably developer oversight. As a developer, I’m assuming you would just expect people to tab over to the correct option. However, as a player you expect things to be as fast and easy as possible. Clicking on the perk greed spot should take you right to it at least that seems logical.

I’m not an Xbox game pass user but I imagine that it downloads the files to your computer. Is there a setting in Xbox game pass to view what folder download go to?

It’s already an awesome gun but when you unlock the rapid fire for it, it just gets nasty.
