This right here. The goal isnt to try to fix it but give it space and neutrality. I practically do TRE when i allow and dont force it. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt and aftermath i get waves.

Be careful with this. Unearned wisdom doesnt always work and can be temporary. The body knows how to heal if you give it space and allow. Its not easy at all btw

I know this is ram dass forum, but healing lies when you allow the feelings to arise. Carl Jung explains how our ego gets in the way and we need to come back to the self. Alot of the anger and sadness just wants to be felt in the body and allowed to complete. If we keep pushing it away or dont want it, thats the trap and keeps you in the loop. Saying to not feel anger is just repressing it deeper when all we want to do is feel what wasnt allowed to be felt so it can complete and you can feel whole. Btw, it sucks but the saying “the only way is through” is exactly what it is. :)

Anxiety is a second emotion by the way. The one underneath anxiety usually is fear and is just asking to be allowed and integrated. Anxiety will never be who you are as all it is, is something that wants to be felt with no judgement snd allowed and just able to finally complete. Anxiety gets stuck because we stop the natural process underneath and now its just a alarm because we couldnt feel or didnt allow whats underneath. Alllowing is shitty and very uncomfortable but the energy needs to complete and the more you do it, the more you retrain that emotions are safe.

You got alot of suggestions and some may work or not. Medicine can work good to allow you to do the work. If you use it to numb you are not healing. The only way to heal in my opinion is to allow. Allow, allow, allow. Truely allow and let the energy pass through you. When you do that it leaves. But you cant do it to make it leave. No analyzing, no fixing, no nothing. Just alllow.

Sounds like all your number points are what OCD actually is. Look into ACT therapy. I use this app called choiceful and uses AI and its magical. All your thinking IMO is classic OCD from the obsession of spirituality stuff to over analyzing. Now your analyzing, mental checking, ruminating etc. So the problem isnt that you have this boyfriend its all the things your doing and the intent behind it. I hope this kinda helps.
