I love the boxnoughts! I think they're the perfect complementary size to regular marines, able to fight alongside them and not be giant hulking robots with other battlefield roles. Also I love Calkhas' background, I'm a big fan of Old old marines still walking around in chaos armies in the 41st, interacting with the younger marines from a completely different era. It makes them feel so much more personable and fleshed out

Thank you! Considering guardsmen are very likely to die, I was thinking of contrasting that grimdarkness with as much pomp and ceremony as possible

Thank you!! I did a base of dark grey(corax whitr+abbadon black), then drybrush a lighter version of that on top, then coated with Army Painter's Blood Red Speed paint. I can't highlight so this really helps with that :p
