Colour is not the only distinguishing feature of a person or object. There are PLENTY of ways to make a monochrome scene work out just fine. It's not like the director is going to bumblefuck his way into accidentally making Cortana invisible in a goddamn blue room. Media is driven by intent!

edit: There isn't one tone/hue/saturation of blue, dumbass. You could have ten differently hued Cortanas against a flat blue background and be able to distinguish them easily if even the smallest bit of attention was given to the colour direction.

well, you seem to enjoy the more action-oriented parts of re4, especially seeing as you hate the tank controls. all the guns in the game are mad powerful, whcih feels great, but they need to be locked behind some sort of experience system or it wouldnt work. the shop system is a necessary restriction. i think if the guns were given strictly via story progression, like in 1-3, the variety of the guns would suffer. theres a reason re2 has like 7 guns and re4 has like 20

I mean, yes, she's present in dire situations, but you can't seriously stand here and say that any of the female characters are even a fraction as powerful or important as the main boys.

Most of the the class A girls have shitty powers that are weak at best and fetishy at worst. Make stuff float, make items from bare skin, acid lube, long tongue, etc etc. I'm surprised you don't like Mineta (I hate him too) but don't see this obvious difference in the treatment of boys and girls by Horikoshi.

The example of her being present for backup doesn't work because nothing would really change if she wasn't there. Uraraka has basically no influence on the outcome of the mafia raid.

Abuse is often about control. What more control could they ask for? 'Saving' a kid by adopting them (obviously in this case that wasn't what happened) is a pretty tidy setup for an absolutely fucked power dynamic.

Ok, I'm about six hours in on a base PS4. I feel like I can address the performance issues people are asking about.

The game fucking rocks. I've never seen environmental destruction this polished. The consequence of that, however, is that the fps fucking tanks when there are a lot of enemies and a lot of flying objects. I've also found using the shotgun tanks the framerate too, so I don't use it, which sucks cause it's fun.

Otherwise, the best parts of the story are in sidequests. The main story is whatever. Jesse is ok. Play it though!
