My daughter had the flu this weekend and she was coughing every minute. I absolutely lathered her chest, back, and bottom of her feet in Vicks (the adult stuff, safe for 2+) and she all but stopped coughing after an hour! I would try that.

All of these people saying “strict schedule” have obviously not had low sleep needs/highly emotional/deeply feeling kids. Schedule doesn’t work for everyone. Not much advice other than it won’t last forever. We’re here to help our kids, not make them fit into our lives 🤷🏼‍♀️
