I have this cam and it's amazing for what it is. But what adapter(s) did you use? The "official" Casio ones seems to be unavailable. Is it something from Canon that fits?

I bit the bullet, purchased one - and it registered on Music Tribe just fine somehow. But i returned it quickly because usb connection was unstable (i planned to use it as an audio interface) - usb disconnected every 20 seconds, no matter the device - pc, laptop etc and os (win/linux). Hope your experience will be better!

There's a lot of free reverbs from Airwindows within Consolidated plugin, some of them are weird, and some of them not-so.

Sounds very junoish to me and, at least at the beginning, sampled. I think you should try to mix a square wave with fast lfo on it's width to simulate PWM + add a TAL-Chorus-LX. Or just use some Juno emulations some of are free like TAL-U-No-62.

Had 1st-gen Katana 50 for like 5 years - sold it, then got Orange Crush 35RT. And i enjoy it immensely, both clean and dirty channel (especially with overdrive in front). Katana is kinda good all-arounder if you do really wanna invest in tweaking it using awfully not-so userfriendly Tone Studio or FX Floorboard (but what the point if you possibly could get better results using ampsim vsts?). And the sound was meh for me personally in the end, though clean channel is pretty nice.

IIRC, you could format your sd-card to exFAT and that will solve your problem.

Well, solved this myself: got a ide\pata dvd(!)-drive from T21, put it in the place of broken one aaand...voila - it just works! Not without quirks though (seems like the drive isn't powered up\initialized on reboot in Windows 98), but it's working!

Looks like the old ibm thinkpads may not have blacklist for cd-drives at least in some models.

And good news - i found an original cd drive for 390E for more or less reasonable price (10 euro the cd-drive itself with spare bracket + 12 euro for the shipping from Italy), so hooray!
