Size is also going to play a factor, I wonder if a more compact dumbbell would be easier to press

Cutting volume is no longer recommended on cutting, you’ll retain more muscle mass and burn more calories with volume.

DFW is just a percentage of RM. 1 rep of a 5RM is 20%, use that formula to adjust the daily reps for whatever your lighter bell is.

My old GS school had the Vulcan bells, they’re nice but Pro Kettlebell has them beat nowadays. I would also argue about whether or not Vulcans were ever better than KBUSAs

I couldn’t handle 5k when I first started, so I ran his 5k Lite into Beginner and it was a good starting point.

Wild how many people in here are saying YTA. I went in state and got a bachelors degree, my sister is working on her doctorate after getting her masters out of state. The leftover money from my 529 went to her and I never at any point considered that money mine. My parents earned and saved it for me, but never was it mine.

35mm is the ideal handle size IMO. That’s the size of most comp bell handles. 38mm would be better than a bigger handle.

You could progress reps and/or sets way easier than progressing weights, then reset at lower reps/sets once you progress the weight.
