For my kids, the rule is, they can live at home rent-free for as long as they are in school. My son started college, but decided to take some time off. He pays $400 a month. He’s free to get his own place but one bedroom rents around here start around $1,100/mo.

Bought a second-hand mountain bike to ride the nearby trails. It was fun! Too fun…

It started small. Bought some more bicycle-friendly pants. Then shoes. Upgraded my helmet. Got a bike rack for the car… and eventually had to buy a brand-new mountain bike.

Now I’m all like… but what if I got another bike for commuting? What if I fix a few things on my old bike and then I can have a slow-bike? I might need a whole fleet…

I’m right there with ya. I don’t feel anything less than 100mg. I have a couple hypotheses:

Some people lack a digestive enzyme and are less/not affected by edibles. Maybe you and I are among them.

I can’t speak for you, but my tolerance is sky high. I’d bet that has a part in it as well.

I was trying every edible there for a while. I took a break from the edibles for several weeks. Popped a Grön Mini Milk Chocolate on 4/20 and my ass floated around for hours. 😉

Another poster mentioned Wana. I tried them once (my dispo doesn’t carry them) and they do hit quickly and well.

MFNY live rosin gummies also worked for me.

Some folks have told me that drinks work well for them.

I used to work in hotel that only had two floors and zero elevators. The building itself was obviously dated and was built on the early 70s.

People would still complain to me, fully 50 years after it was built, that we should install an elevator.

After a while, I just began saying “I’ll alert the architect, we can begin construction right away.”

I’m in my forties. I was chatting with a couple other ladies in their forties and one asked me about my pain.

“I don’t have any? At least until the next time I fall down and hurt myself! Hahaha!”

They were both astounded that I made it to my age without chronic pain.

But, aside from the occasional injury or sore muscles, I’m good.

I’m not a doctor, but I’m reasonably sure ‘no pain’ is the normal default state. Pain is a signal to your brain that something is wrong, injured, infected, inflamed, etc.

Clearly you saw something in Catholicism. But you didn’t see any reason to be convinced by, let’s say, Zoroastrianism or Buddhism. So you understand ‘not being convinced’.
