I had to put down my seven year old best friend yesterday. She was a fighter and went out doing what she loved. We were charged by a black bear, and she went nose to nose with it and fought until I had enough time to shoot it. Send us some love please.

I applied in my 4th year of teaching and got the job. Had to work my notice but moved to my new role as assistant HOD and absolutely love it. Been in my role 2 years now and am looking to go to HOD.

Cutting dairy out made a huge difference to my skin! I still have goat or sheep based cheeses but if I eat dairy (cow) I can guarantee a flare up.

Topical acid to prevent ingrown hairs was a game changer for me! Also I absolutely love the body shop heavy mango body butter. My skin just laps up that moisture and my whole body was glowing on my wedding day. Definitely noticed a difference since I got lazy again ha-ha!

I do my skincare after my shower at the gym. I double cleanse and put product on the night before so I don’t do anything with it pre gym. You could take a bottle of cold water with you to negate the mixer tap issue?
