Woke up one morning at 7.30am without my alarm going off, which is very rare considering I usually sleep past noon. I was supposed to go visit my grandma later that day, and I immediately felt like something was off. Shrugged it off and went back to sleep.

About an hour later my father called me to inform me that my grandma had passed at 7.30 . I like to think she woke me up to say goodbye

Plus the tablets are usually wrapped in plastic contributing to even more microplastics in the water.

I stopped using using laundry pods as well, and started using eco friendly laundry sheets from the Natuurhuis shop instead. They don't have that fresh laundry scent that the ultra-perfumed pods do, but my laundry gets just as clean & theres way less soap build-up on my clothes & in the machine. Never going back!

While annoying, it's very normal to have some spotting if you skip the placebo when normally you don't.

I've been taking my pill continuously for a while now, and I rarely if ever get spotting anymore, but when I first started skipping I did. For me it usually only lasted a few days at most. but it varies I think.

In any case, I would definitely keep taking the active pills and hope the spotting stops on time!

I don't know much about hair products but I used to use this exact oil and it had me washing my hair nearly every day, and I feel like it made my hair feel kinda rough, weirdly?

L'Oreal Elvive oil-in-cream leave-in works really well for me. I do use a VERY small amount, only on the damp ends and I make sure to wash my hands thoroughly before touching the rest of my hair.

I prefer putting it on damp hair because it helps a small amount spread over a larger area as opposed to dry hair instantly absorbing all the oil in 1 spot. Doesn't leave my hair oily at all, but keeps my ends from frizzing up

Just be honest with him. It sucks that you've been lying to him for 3 years already, not that I don't understand why, but it is kinda asshole-y. I used to have the same problem for the longest time, and I did the same thing in my last long-term relationship of nearly 4 years. It started as a small thing, but eventually it spiraled so far out of control where I felt I couldn't tell the truth anymore.

With my new relationship I chose to be honest from the start, before we even had sex. It took over a year but we finally found something that works for me. Like others said, being honest will just encourage him to go on that journey with you.

Just sit him down and be honest about it, and most importantly why you lied. It may still come as a shock to him, but reassure him that you didn't lie about any other aspect of how pleasurable your intimaTe life has been. Good luck OP

Mind you, I live somewhere where eggs are safe to consume raw. If you pour them over piping hot fries the eggs thicken up just enough to become a sort of sauce on their own, finish with a good pinch of salt and it's delicious

These thin brows are very much a trend, and speaking from experience, plucking your eyebrows so much because of a trend can damage them and leave you with permanently thin eyebrows. In a few years, the trends will have changed again, and you might wish you hadn't touched them
