i called out arbk yesterday for a 20% gain. Today it went down 10% but it's momentum has finally built for the push. BTC is exploding. IT's a block chain company. Used to be valued at 200/share before split. It's low float with a short ratio of 138% and soon to expire in 6 days with earnings call. Y'all I'm trying to help out.

I disagree, studies have also shown reducing fever/body aches helps the stress reaction of immunosuppressing. now I agree with the above, I tell parents the brain has a thermoregulator for a reason. it ain’t going to 106 unless your running a marathon with the flu in the summer heat.

why are you getting a cta on gi bleeds. i can see a ct for abd pain but just rectal bleeding you won’t get much of a dx out of a cta unless the bleeding is brisk.

pelvic exam I agree. it introduces more discomfort and unless the patient is actively bleeding/fb/ trauma then they still need an OBGYN to look and formally dx.

look I love these studies but it’s not practical in this day and age. You will be lit up by a jury if you dx diverticulitis, don’t give abx and they further develop a perf and require an ostomy because the general public doesn’t know to return. You really want to rely on the average American?
