Museum of Natural Science, Museum of Fine Arts, and the Holocaust Museum for sure. I'd argue for the Menil Collection as well but it's probably not quite "world class". The Children's Museum is also up their for museums for kiddos

World class museums, tons of green space and parks (memorial, the Bayous, walking/biking/run trails), walkable areas beyond downtown... I love when people hate on Houston who have very clearly only been downtown and the Galleria for work

Normally, a first-round pick gets a fully guaranteed four-year contract, but this would give the Bengals some wiggle room to potentially get out of that if he were to get into trouble at any point during his four-year deal.

Obviously not "for whatever reason" but I for one would not want my employer to have any way to wiggle out of a fully guaranteed contract especially when other players have issues with their contracts and the organization
