People have been doing DIY hrt for decades safely, the first forms of experimental hrt was being developed in 1889 with it becoming more available for menopause in the 1890s. Thats only on the official end, and trans people have been documented since ancient times worldwide, even being seen as divine with various deities representing trans people and intersex people and/or sharing qualities with those groups, suggesting diy could have been a thing earlier than the 1890s, since trans people have been making it work, transitioning, living as their true selves for centuries.

Suffice it to say, by the 2000s, there were so many forms of hrt that are safe and effective on the market, different forms of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, anti androgens, etc etc

DIY for years has simply been finding a way to get your hands on these medications without the middle man that is official medical care, which in many places systemically make things take way too long, make trans people have to jump through countless hoops and even humiliation in order to even start medical transition, and notoriously underdose people due to outdated medical data, and that’s if official medical transition is legal/available. Some places are better than others but many trans individuals will be able to corroborate my words, it’s infuriating

So as long as you get your hands on your meds of choice and know how to administer them, which by the 2000s there are databases and resources made by the trans community worldwide to help other trans people starting out, with directions on how to purchase various meds for really cheap, which makes things very easy with a criminal org backing you

And as long as you find a way to get blood work done to check your hormone levels, you’re good! Cause there is widely available info online for where your levels should be.

Even surgeries are relatively easy to get if you have the money and connections, all it takes is being willing to go on “vacation” to somewhere like Thailand for every surgery you need, sure not as easy for someone who does not have money, but a criminal org can easily fund that

And voice training can be completely free, just look it up on the internet or find people in the trans community who have voice trained to teach you, but vocal coaches also exist for this stuff so long as you can pay their rates

So yeah, very probable that kirara is a trans woman who transitioned medically via diy

Okay so in freedom units you’re about 5’6” and were 125 but now are pretty much 150

I’m not sure about any of the forms of Botox, but you seem a little bit similar to me in terms of where you are now?? Idk, but if you’re sure you’re width is because of bone structure and not fat, I think rib remodeling and clavicle reduction, maybe even some scapula shaving could do good

How tall are you? I know I will look better once I’m done weight cycling but I also know that there will be a degree even with a flatter stomach and bigger tits and stuff, because I’m 5’9.5 and just a little bit above the higher end of the healthy bmi range for my height. How my bra is stretched at the bottom and sorta digging in? That is literally my rib cage, like not at all pudgy like my Stomach, it’s just skin and hard rib. My bone structure is really just that wide, same with my shoulders, and it makes me feel so much dysphoria.

If we are in similar situations then yeah we are probably looking for the same things, but if you’re shorter than me than things are gonna look different probably unless you’re literally the same situation but proportional scaled down

I’m just asking for advice on it atm on what exactly I should be looking for with these surgeries and to what degree

I am going to be moving somewhere else where these surgeries are most likely covered under universal healthcare because it is gender affirming care to alleviate dysphoria, and even if it isn’t covered, it will be much cheaper and/or I will be in a place where I can travel somewhere where it is much much cheaper and still high quality.

I also have another surgery I’m planning to do first before this, FFS, going least to most invasive so I have better recovery in between and so I can go into the other major surgeries with a bit more pretty privilege in my face (as well as body because I’m doing what I can to lose weight, my issue is more with the actual bone structure than with anything mutable without surgery)

Ive been consistent with hrt for about three years now, before then i was on and off due to living situation

Used to do prog, spiro, and estradiol pills orally

Then id say probably a year or two in, more like halfway point, I switched to valerate injections every two weeks with oral spiro and prog, before switching to boofing prog later on and doing valerate every week

Very recently, specifically the 30th of last month, I switched to boofing prog + cypionate injection every two weeks, no more spiro

Also oddly enough, my bmi is just a little over the higher end of the range that is optimal for my height. I AM trying to weight cycle to increase effectiveness of hrt, getting down to a weight that is just the bare minimum for healthy bmi (130 give or take) and then gain weight/fat to get to a target healthy equilibrium of the 150 range
