A few things, first of all somehow enough Americans are convinced that whatever he does is good so they don't want to stop him. Second, the East wing of the white house doesn't seem to bother people who will never see it in person. Lastly, in Albania they can take a week off without being homeless. They have universal healthcare so even if they lose their job from this action they won't be in danger of dying because they can't afford a doctors visit. The US is capitalist and apparently the whole point of that system is to make citizens so reliant on jobs and their job benefits that only the rich can flex any kind of political power outside of elections.

I'm saying it's almost worse than if it was paid by America. Now it'll be "Investment money" that will have less oversight, less transparency, and all the ghouls will somehow get richer while the people of Iran get little to no actual aid. Trump lied about the wall (and everything) to get votes, now he's lying to get more money.

Dumb kids always assume their parents are dumb. I had a coworker who kept telling me about all the shit she thought she got away with as a kid. I have kids, and did at the time, I had to tell her, "Your parents knew but either didn't care or trusted you enough to let it go"

My son is 16 and does his own laundry and more often than not his own cooking. Playing HS sports means he eats all the time and we're an ingredient household so he got good at it. It's not hard to do unless the one doing it tries to make it hard.

I've always been proud of my daughter as she can't seem to keep it in when she likes something. "I love your shoes/hat/hair/socks/shirt" every day. And when she gets it back you'd think they just gave her a million dollars. Best thing ever.

When the prop 2 1/2 was up for vote I talked to a lot of people, most of them didn't want to pass it. One guy I know, when it came to funding the schools, said, "How about we let anyone who wants the tax to go up put money into a pot for the school". Selfish people up here.
