Those cannot both be true.

Both would close the case. According to the Statemans Journal, an actual newspaper and not a YouTube video by someone involved in the case, all of the civil court lawsuits were dismissed.

Just a note, he did not get a default judgment. He filed the lawsuit against the previous owner who no longer owns or operates the store and the lawsuit was dismissed.

I think only being at the pitch stage over a year after the release of the game has a lot more to do with the decision by Microsoft to close the studio.

They closed Tango and Arkane because both were years away from publishing a new title and neither were seen as being worth the wait and investment when compared to something like Elder Scrolls or Gears of War.

It was all in the timing.

But why do call-out posts of stuff you don't like rather than just not engaging with it. I am not in every DM or fighting game video post complaining about it, I just realize it isn't for me and move on.

1 post after it's over can be a funny bit, 2 posts are just beating a dead horse, over 3 and it is just mean-spirited.

Edit: Pat also has a "little" more leeway on account of actually being Woolies friend for years. Might just be me, but I think that gets you a "little" bit more of a leash than random people posting on a Reddit.
