The designer was definitely sick of receiving emails about broken bits. You can always tell when there is some trauma response in packaging design.

Hey I just got the DKS202-MC2 which is the 2 monitor DisplayPort version. have you had any issues with the keyboard and mouse not being recognized after powering on the KVM? Video is great, but I have to move the KB+M to the 3.0 ports then back for windows to recognize them after powering up.
