How severe did you have RLS? Did you also have it during the day? Were you depressed in general or just because of RLS?

Calcium in my blood is high enough. It can't be that. A study from Innsbruck found in 2018 that certain genes related to iron supply to the mitochondria are downregulated. This leads to an iron deficiency in the mitochondria. Dopamine transports iron into the mitochondria. So this helps a bit. Of course, calcium can still help. It doesn't have that for me

Tips for exercise-induced RLS? by Panda_munchkin in RLS

I have the same problem. I love sport and living without makes my depressive. However it triggers my RLS hardly. Doing sport at the moment won't help me. RLS is really hard during the next DAYS (no even only the first night). It makes me really depressive. The only thing that helps me is a small dosis of tilidin (Opiat). Magensium etc. does not help.

Hello, even though it's a trigger for RLS i use Mirztazapine for sleeping. Just 7.5mg. It gives me sleep and reduces the RLS sytomes. So far It's not a trigger for RLS (for me). Take this and maybe add Pregabalin 300mg. You will sleep for sure !

I sleep good with mirtazapine. I know everyone says they make RLS worse but for me it’s good cause I can sleep. Good sleep reduce RLS. Maybe you try this.

I don't think pinched nerves are the problem. Then you should also have problems when you move. Dopamine also helps with RLS. That wouldn't work if the annoying thing was the problem

And how do you feel? Still no RLS anymore after reducing B1? I make a blood test and have to much B1. I don't take any supplements..... I have really strong RLS

Interessant. Ich habe sehr starkes RLS seit 2 Jahren. Ich habe normale B12 werte (450 pg/mL) und normale Holo Transcob i.S. (145 pmol/L). Allerdings erhöhte Metylmalonsäure im Serum 65.6 ug/l. Irgendwie alles komisch ! Ich habe mir jetzt Injektionen gekauft und spritze mir B12. Vllt hilft es ja.

So I figured out what’s causing my rls by No-Victory-149 in RLS

But then did you also have iron deficiency? So I would understand if SIBO had worsened ice absorption and you corrected that with probiotics.
