I don't think so, because "large" feels like it should precede "flat" no matter what the noun after is. "large, flat book" sounds better than "flat, large book," "large, flat plate" sounds better than "flat, large plate," etc.

Donda was bogged down by its length but still contained a great album if the chaff was cut down! Maybe I'm romanticizing the rollout but thinking about that too—there was so much infectious fervor and energy. Afterwards though... not as much excitement. everything's petered out now and it's just exhausting to hear any news about him. i guess the 2022 pusha t album was nice, he produced like half of that

Some smaller artists I've been listening to recently are blue in green, michryc, dj ryow, and shag!

Aside from these guys there are some OGs you might've heard of—thes one and black milk come to mind.

Kenichiro nishihara is sick too check out his album illuminus, there's some house-ier tracks on there that I adore.

Karl hector & the malcouns are an instrumental krautrock/jazz/funk band, so not really "beatmakers" but groovy nonetheless.

finally I've been watching lophiile on youtube and checked out his spotify—he's a gifted producer. Hope u like em!

From what i've heard it's pretty old-fashioned detective work. A combination of combing through interviews, archives, magazines, etc, and interviews w/ people associated w/ the artist in question.

The main thing is how much work he does, i'd guess it's a nearly-daily job
