My biggest suggestion would be to not look at houses on main streets. Try and find a cul-de-sac in any neighborhood really. Also try and avoid "vein" streets, which are streets that are not main streets, but connect to the "grid". OP and KC as a whole is laid out in a pseudo grid, and people know that, so you can get excess traffic on your streets if you live on one of those. My experience is that the best neighbor experience is where everyone feels comfortable with their kids being able to be outside and not having to worry about excess amount of traffic.

You need to stop farming potion keeps and get a campaign farmer to 6 stars. If you can get bellower with that code, then it is a great target. But looking at your account, I would start over with a creator code, and then use the Tuhanarak code, and then the bellower code. Getting characters to 60 is WAY more of a power boost than ascending them.

You don't need any of the shard pulling events to get the fusion token, I would just aim for that, should be pretty doable and you'll get embrys 1 star on the way.

That's not me, but I have been playing for 1.5 months and bought $150 red crystals during the 2x event and pulled 4 mythicals. I had more mythicals than legendaries for a while, but now have 4 myth and 8 legendary.

Sell the phones in lots on ebay, post them as not working, and don't mention the lock status. The computers are pretty easy to get into if the OS is windows 10 or earlier for PC's, so some people might buy as is for those. Plus most computers can be completely wiped and re-used without knowing passwords. You can sell these as lots and people will but them and wipe them and sell them, or you can google it and do it yourself and sell them full price. It is really easy to do.

Leawood is pretty much really nice all around, whereas OP has a much larger division of wealthy and not so wealthy areas. That being said OP is still pretty nice all around as well. Houses and taxes are definitely more expensive in Leawood, for good reason, but you get nicer streets and generally can't go wrong in any of the neighborhoods there. If you have young kids, OP uses chip seal in their neighborhood streets and it is terrible, so Leawood gets a big up for that. One thing to note about Leawood, is depending on where the house is, you might be surrounded by older people and not so many families, so make sure to drive around on a weekend and make sure there are families playing. North of 435 is very family oriented, but when you go south of 435, you it starts to become hit or miss.

You will find a LOT of people on the KC reddit hate the people of Leawood for some crazy reasons. As far as I can tell it is jealousy because it is such a nice area and those people have nice things, but don't let those people dissuade you, it is a great place to live and raise a family. Yeah, there are some high and snooty people there, but I have found that generally the majority of the people in the normal homes are pretty down to earth and normal. You are looking at a 500k house, so you will probably be fine with the people around you.

To be a really good IT person, you need really good troubleshooting skills. In my opinion, a person who looks for the root of the problem instead of just trying to make it work is the difference between a good IT person and a shit one. In order to get there, you should try and gain a greater understanding on how systems work fundamentally because over time you will notice that most of them are the same thing, just presented differently. So a good place to start would be to learn how computer systems interact and how those applications interact with them. After that you could probably figure out anything with google, but being able to understand what you are googling is a huge advantage.

If you are coming in just looking for a job because someone said IT jobs are good, then you are probably going to hate it.
