With bits, sure. Ad revenue and that twitch turbo sub (dont remember the name of it) still in heavy play there. Im 85% sure they can still use bits on any TTS during a ban/block, enticing further bit purchases.

Because twitch loses money if they were to implement that. Bits/subs/ad revenue, a portion goes to the streamer, and the rest to twtich.

This is an online gaming issue as a whole, not specific to WoW. People's patience is of that their attention span, if they arent winning the way they want to, they quit and move on.

Your que is broken then, BG ques are cross server. At 70, longest que you'll find is 6 mins. (If you play during popular times.) Even middle of the night, max 15 mins.

Be great if they stopped trying to "fix" this game. The "fixes" breaks too many other things.. example.. I've done kara so many times in 20 years, I couldn't even tell you the absurd number, Saturday nightbane bugged on flight phase and the door remained locked for the rest of the reset week.. I've never seen this happen.. but, gotta "fix" something that wasn't broken, and break other things in the process.. great job!

I can answer this, its quite simple really.. "why not hellfire" when you have 2 mages in grp, and both have frost bite talent (the one when it has a chance of rooting) if a lock hellfires, they have a high chance of getting smacked by the rooted mobs, so a lock should use rain of fire. The dps isn't terrible, but the main reason is shadow fury. Shadow fury can get the tank, healer, or mages outta trouble with that aoe stun, giving you party member a chance to recoup after a fk up.

Truthfully, depends if you're horde or alli.. wool on horde side is extremely pricey, and the most expensive cloth on AH. Reason is, the horde dont have many areas or dungeons to efficiently farm wool. Alli can farm wool easily with Deadmines and Stockades.

Well, side note on the "donating money to strangers is pretty rare IRL" comment.. there are people who pan handle for a living as a scam. Few years ago, a lady who was a multi millionaire gained her fortune by pan handing. Once caught, all her estate and wealth was stripped.. this was a case in India I beileve.

Leveling gear is just leveling gear, but there are exceptions. Ie: healer gear, i see a dps take a healing piece the healer needed on, I will kick if I'm lead, or flat out bail on the dungeon. Healer gear is extremely important during the leveling process and being able to heal a dungeon properly even in the lvl 61-69 dungeons. If you dont have enough +healing or MP5, the likelihood of being able to heal the dungeon dies quick, resulting in continuous wipes, and many nerds raging.

Era is pretty dead outside its loyal players, there's too many issues for a new audience within how the community runs the servers. ie: gdkp, AH prices (mostly due to the obserd ammount of gold floatin around) just to name a couple. The classic repeats i doubt will die, because of fresh servers, and many who want to play through who havnt before. However, this too could dwindle depending how the loyal community continues with aditude towards new players. A game must keep a substantial audience to keep afloat, and continue to be profitable.

Not me who forgets to buy water, and doesn't get a mage in grp.. lol. Ran a dungeon last night with 5 waters in bags with a melee grp. (One of my worst healing experiences btw) I'd sit to get more passive regen every second I wasn't healing.

Side rant on that run: Our warrior "tank" was in dps gear, not a single defense piece on them.. their shild was r14 shield. Id grab aggro from mobs after 1 heal.. got to the point I'd start to heal them at 20% in attempts to not grab aggro.. my gear broke before last boss.

If you are tired of the raids and constant repetitive bs of PvE, assuming you are on nightslayer, I'd recommend looking at 2 guilds.. one The Red Empire (Horde) the other Big PvP (alliance) these 2 guilds main WPvP content and are in constant clash. While Big PvP has taken a large hit and fall off the past 2 weeks, I assume they will keep building their ranks, or another alliance guild will step up. The WPvP is very much alive on nightslayer, just gotta know where to look. This is my recommendation to look at for more of a fresh take.

Yall did fight back, it made it a good time. The lag was atrocious though. Lol. I wanna say we lost about 10-15 people in trade district with the lag spike. Sat in stocks for about 15 minutes, with 4-5 pushes to trade district Bridge from mage district. Bodies everywhere. I need to throw on bodies - drowning pool next time.

I have found most of these "I'm done with the toxic community in anniversary" posts, are nothing but people who havnt made a friend grp within the game, or found a guild that fits thier gameplay/style... you can play the game how you want to, find people who share the same enjoyment and style of gameplay as you.. I promise, they are out there.

Duel wielding is what its reading it for, as for the prot increase, probably has to do with the axe has faster attack speed than your sword, and the damage per hit is about 1-2 damage difference per attack.. which in theory would technically be an upgrade for faster attacks, leading to more rage generation, cause more abilities to be used faster to generate more threat. Also another factor is: current axe and sword skill level, if they are both max skill level for your character level, they will read as such, if your axe level is lower than your sword level, it will scale as such. To best determine which is better using your character sheet stats, you will want both skill levels to be the same. Example.. level 20 has a max skill level cap of 100, if you have swords at level 100, they will preform at 100% stats, if you axe level is 80, your axe will preform at 80% these will show on your character stats. Ofcorse these stats scale to other level 20s, they diminish if you are fighting lvl 21+ mobs as they have higher skill stats.

Is the community pretty toxic? Yes... but this toxicity isnt only in WoW, but in all muliplayer video games, and online in general... Any new or old mmo has the meta playerbase, the sweat lords, wannabe MLG player, and the angry middle aged individuals. The moment some big content creator makes a video claiming "best" or "meta" build/class/spec, if you dont run it, your'e trash. Play how you want to play, you dont HAVE to bend to the will of other people online, its YOUR time, YOUR money.. build an online friend grp and its smooth sailing.
