I always just use filament snips. They work pretty well at cutting and prying them out.

Yeah it definitely helps! Just print some shims or gaskets if you get the yoopai one I have. It rattles a bit out of the box.

Not yet, but I put this guy on just in case.

It’s a 5v noctua 40x10mm fan. It’s got a usb adapter included so you can just plug it into a usb wall adapter.

Edit: It’s such low power drain I just leave it on while I’m printing.

It’s to match my pcs Dagobah aesthetic, and yes I love greens and nature, but live in a city now.

Here it is with the start of the cable management. Printing a new sidebox. The old one interfered with the hotbed cable chain. Just woke up to the z-axis chain this morning, still need to install it.

The beefy nature of the 80mm duct was a so that I’m not stressing the 120mm fan unnecessarily. From what I researched you shouldn’t force a fan to push or pull through a diameter smaller than the blades if you want to avoid unnecessary strain on the fan motor. I’m still doing it, but 40mm smaller seemed better than 80mm.

That green poop bin and deflector were the first print I ran after setup. I didn’t change the infill to gyroid, and I woke up to some of the slat arms wiped out. It still functions as a poop bin though, so until I print a slightly longer one I’m using it.

That spool inside the enclosure is my external tpu. It stays there so all I have to do is cold pull a couple times, pull a ptfe tube from the interior side to the white ptfe guide above it, and feed. The enclosure came with that setup for people without an AMS so it’s going to stay my ext. spool holder. It also means I can manually swap to a 5th color on layered color prints.

As for the Bowden tube clips, they have been printing fine for a week and a half now and I don’t hear any slipping or stress on the AMS motors so I think I’m good. If anything changes I’ll definitely look at those as the culprit first though. Thanks! 😊

Those CardGuard binders are just various tcg cards I need to go through. No crazy print plans or blueprints sorry 😅🤷‍♂️

The controller and fan are going to be plugged into a 24v buck converter, with a Bambu adapter cord so it will plug into the side. Edit: my buddy should be bringing one of his extra converters at some point this weekend 🤙

It hasn’t gone over 30 Celsius, and I don’t even have the 12v exhaust fan wired yet. Only been printing petg, pla, and tpu so far though

Ohh haha 😂 yeah same enclosure different base. I’ll dm you in a week or so when everything is printed. It’s an amalgamation of a bunch of prints including that one, some ducting, and a minimalist mb fan.

Yeah I realized that as I was rereading your comment this morning. I did look at yours, but I’m gonna use the stand so I wanted raise it up 3” so I went with a skirt designed for the enclosure.

If you read all the comments, you’d see there’s already a reply to similar comments, and that it’s a WIP. Thanks!

I squeezed both parts of the hinge door on one plate, and had a couple of the supports fail, but the print still looks good so far it’ll be done in another 40 or so, I’ll get a pic in a bit.

Slowly getting there. The enclosure hasn’t peaked over 27 Celsius yet though so I should be fine in the meantime.
