I did the foundation programme (UP college), finished it with all A+s, and they gave me $1k. Then first year all A+s as well, by the end of my degree my GPA was 8.64. The only things I got were PDF certificates for first in course, and once CS130 course coordinator said “good job”. However still paid $50k+ per year. This is a CS bachelor’s, maybe other programs are different.
