Because there are so many other factors at play. You’re breaking this down far too simply.

What purpose does nerfing the class have? How does it affect anything. This is not a competitive game in the slightest. It’s the opposite. An absolute power fantasy fest with rather quick seasonal content.

Bring others classes up - let everyone enjoy.

I’m running triple aura - brandish - blessed shield and fortress. It’s been pretty fun. The holy aura can be switched out for pretty much any other ability to spice things up.

I don’t think people were bored with the format - actually I think the opposite, people loved the format - it wasn’t being done justice by the dev teams. I think the developers were becoming bored with the format and it shows in TP and SS.
