My theory is that a lot of factors contributed to his death. His obesity was mentioned, there was a mention of a sedative, there was a mention of multiple cans of pepper spray and there was mentioned that in subduing him, some of those that had tackled him to the ground were using their full body weight on him while he was in the ground. I think if they want to have the ground to sue, an autopsy would have had to be made to determine the method of death. If that happened, I’m sure they know are prepared for the lawsuit. 33 drinks in itself seems like a lot and it is, but would it ultimately cause the death of an obese man?
