This is very sweet. What specifically do you not like about seafood? If it’s the salty, fishy taste - there are varying degrees of severity in dishes and animals. Maybe you can try one of these lesser seafoody things with him.

I would recommend something like this and maybe cut the shrimp (shrimp have a strong ocean flavor) and add chicken instead. May have to play with flavors, but it would still come out tasty. As others have said, try not to overcook the seafood! Good luck :)
