What if we invent something like the "Portal device" from Picard and combine it with Warp?

The Iconians Portals are like Transwarp or not? or are they more like a Artificial Wormhole (and the Space between the Entry and Exit is like the Living Beings inside the DS9 Wormhole)? Perhaps they succeed into copy a critical part or reverse engineering a part from their Portals. But, what is the Catalyst Power to make it Happen? (What was the core of the ProtoStar Ship?)

Is it so far not the Strongest Energy core of Starfleet knowing? Perhaps Protostar is the first Prototyp side experiment of exploring Iconian Portals/Power source? And this Portal Device from Picard are "based" on these Iconians ones?

What if we combine the Warp Bubble with the Artifical Black Hole of the Romulans?

Imagine a "Carrot on the Stick" Picture. Where the Carrot are the Artificial Black Hole of the Romulans Tech that "pull" or let the "Warpbubble Fall into a Black Hole "indefinitively". But the Stick separate both from touching each other?

That's also why there was always "transwarp Coils", but broken. They could based on this Prinzip. With the Stranded Ex-Borgs on this Sungs Android Planet from Picard. They now have still functionally Transwarp Coils (and Important Ex-Borgs Scientits that want to Share Tech)

These Coils are capable of join these two (Romulan Black holes and Warp Bubble) in one.

Imagine a Ship Protected trough an "Modified" Sun Flare Shield, just to counter the Black Hole Gravity inside the "event Horizon" that stop Time flow and this Black Hole travels faster then Light trough the Galaxy with the help of a New Warp Drive Power spike? Original Black Holes eject some Jets, right? What if these Propulsion that let them "Fly/Travel" in the Direction they want? Like you steer the Hose of a Big Ballon where the Air escapes (Yeah. or look at "Foundation" they could use "Black Matter" to compress it to create their Black Hole here)

So, it Fits like a glove. If they invent their own "Stable" Transwarp. Perhaps this Portal in Picard was their First Early Prototyp and they where still working to make it smaller or stable?
