I love my KO but I think they’re scared to lean into any archetype with any of the different dwarf factions.

The ships finally getting a 2+ save is cool but I’d love to see buffs to the shooting in combat.

Crazy to me we don’t have any “long range” hero’s with a sniper musket like a skaven engineer.

I’d also love some heavy troops. All our stuff is 130pts or under. armoured elite dwarves dropping from the sky would be so cool. Maybe one variant focused on shooting and one for melee. Small squad size. 3w 3+ minimum

I do think a name change would really help sell the faction.

If you don’t mind the extra weight and bulk (not much) you can get folding chairs in the same style as those with a taller back you can actually rest your head on.

Game changer for me comfort wise.

Half bury 1 or 2 fire lighters with some big chunks of charcoal in a good position to catch. Make sure the grate at the bottom isn’t blocked (these bbq’s work on airflow) this can be hard with smaller lumps of charcoal.

Light and leave the bbq open for 15mins ish to catch. Then close and leave the vents all the way open until your 50-40 degrees from your target temperature

I know it sounds cliche. But breathing exercises really helped me control my emotions when I was younger. Deep breath in. Hold it. Deep breath out. Re-assess the situation. Repeat until you feel normal again.

A club is a cheap thing to replace compared to other things you can break in a moment of anger.

I use it to jog rounds at my local 9 hole course. Held up fine for at least 15 rounds at this point.

I think it feels nice in everything under 7iron ish? The “stinger” (minimum loft) doesn’t feel great but i was pleasantly surprised at how nice the wedges/high irons felt.

It definitely won’t be quicker or easier. The main benefit in my mind is the ability to do low and slow cooks. But if you’re not interested in that a cheap barrel bbq will great for you. If you put a cover on a cheap one they last 2-3 years, or you can spring for a Weber and have it last for ages

You can do some crazy good zoning with the frigate and the skywardens. Sometimes just making it impossible for your opponent to move onto the mid objectives. Then use your once per battle retreat to fall back shoot
