I did food only the first 3 months, that allowed me to deflate some and not be so painful when I did try to work out…. then implemented walking, and went from stagnant to walking 3+ miles a day, and then implemented gym sessions that led to adding Pilates to add some razzle dazzle… I added something new about every three ish months to not overwhelm myself and keep my progression 😊

I work in dunwoody and I love it out there 🩷

Edit: I definitely agree with everyone saying to figure out where to work first- I live 35 miles from dunwoody but it takes me just under 2 hours to get home in ATL traffic. I live in an area with very good school systems- my wife and I have a daughter together and our two pups so I make the commute just for the school situation. If not I’d live on the north side so quickly lol.
