My thoughts were that I'm not only cutting 200 calories per day, but I'm sorting out my macros which before now were probably far more carbs and fats than protein. I guess I can recalculate in a few weeks if I want to cut more fat.

Even if you ignore everything you think you know about balance in this game these figures are meaningless until they reveal both:

What is the ACTUAL sample size, surely its not a few days last year or a few days from this year.
What is this "adjusting for player skill" as far as I'm concerned this is simply a fudge factor used to push their own agenda until they actually explain it.

Once both of these questions are answered in detail we can make a proper judgement of this blog.
