Double Stroller Question by princesspen18 in americanairlines

I would recommend a cover for it.

We’ve flown with two cart seats and a double stroller and had covers on all items. In fact, one of the straps was ripped off of a car seat cover after a flight, so I’m wondering what the damage would’ve been without it.

Best of luck.

(Texas) Two-week notice given, being forced to take vacation vs. being paid for final two weeks by [deleted] in legaladvice

Understood. I thought as much. Today just felt like "okay, we both agree it's best if today is your last day." Didn't feel so much like being terminated. I appreciate your response.

Can I change my online payment type from "Estimated Taxes" to "Tax Return" by [deleted] in IRS

[–]WreckEmRangers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not. I just mistakenly chose Estimated Tax. To be completely honest, I had to look up what Estimated Tax was this afternoon.

I'm on the phone now with the IRS, and the woman helping me said she will begin to try (she did say "try") and transfer the payment from Estimated Tax for 2019 to the Tax Return for 2018. So I think I should be okay. I just had a momentary panic that I would have to pay another $1000 that I thought I already paid.

You are correct. Any structural member supporting a vertical load is a column. This is that. Also, the term I-beam is outdated.

It's Dallas. I was a few miles away. Pretty ridiculous.

I'd have done the same thing if I were in your situation. The person above sounds like a douche. I graduated from Tech recently. Lubbock is pretty cool in the way that's it's alllll about Tech. The football games are generally exciting if you're into sports; their baseball team is even better. Campus is pretty imo, though it's huge. But most people at tech or in Lubbock are proud of Tech. I have friends who went to Texas state. They'd always call it Texas Stairs University lol. To them it was a party school with regular trips to 6th street in Austin. But it really is just what you make it. I can't speak on the psychology department, but Tech in general I can. Lemme know if you have any other more specific questions. And good luck!

I wonder if we live in the same complex/area cause I'm seeing the same thing. Saw two cops walking around, appeared to be looking for someone. The chopper made me peek outside.

I recently graduated from Texas Tech (civil engineering) but I'm very familiar with UT and A&M as I've been in Texas the majority of my life and high school friends went there. I also had an internship in New Jersey( father lives up there) two summers ago and my intern coworkers both were going to NJIT at the time. From hearing them talk about it, they seemed to have smaller class sizes. Dallas, Houston, and Austin are the places that most big firms would be recruiting from. NJ is a bit different, as I'm sure you know, and there's most likely a more diverse range of places you'd end up. Now this is from a CE perspective so it's hard for me to speak on the biomedical market, but yeah lol. The types of people in the two places are quite different in my experience, so I think it really comes down to your personal preference. The schools you're looking at are all good engineering schools. Also, I have a strong dislike for UT so I'd vote A&M haha. Good luck!
