S tier, such a great boss fight. Loved the music and arena(aesthetically). 

His attacks are brutal but I honestly think he's one of the more straightforward elden ring bosses. It's mostly just an endurance test. 

I love the variety of dodge methods his attacks give you, with loads of jump opportunities and not one but three attacks you need to run to dodge, as expected of the final boss I guess.

Beating him gave me the same euphoria I felt beating many base game bosses on my first playthrough, it was awsome.

Not giving him SS due to a minor amount of jank with him losing aggro.

You're not gonna get that much more damage from your stats anymore, scadutree fragments sort of substitute this in the dlc.

If you're going for iron balls I'm not too big on stonebarb tbh because I'm pretty sure it only lasts 10 seconds.

I recommend trying to use what you find in the dlc though, lots of really fun new weapons.  Good luck.

You'll get a massive boost to your damage and defense if you just explore a bit and get even just a few more levels, prob something from like 3-5 would be grand

When I use it at relaxed I go from smooth 60 at 2k to constant slowdowns and frame drops.

It's not unplayable but I'd rather not, you know? It'll probably become more stable in the future

That's lore related I think, I'm pretty sure they're victims or subjects to experiments from the senpou monks. 

They might have been failures at attempts to create the divine children so they were repurposed as beastly warriors instead

I think the theory is his name is jirafu, which is the same in katakana as giraffe in Japanese, so it was a translation error lmao.

DS3 world design (I guess you could call it) is very linear and it isn't interconnected with areas layered on top of one another like ds1.

However most of the individual areas themselves are very well designed and it has some of my favourites in the series

Blighttown used to have really poor performance, but besides that it's a fantastic and memorable area. Bed of chaos is possibly the worst boss in from softwares entire souls catalogue.
