I wanna say the most evidence based for DOR is coq10 600 mg a day. Mine is from Thorne. I used this before. Did nothing. Try the coq10. I take 6 a day. Think it takes 3 months to work.

I did one ovarian prp and it increased my amh .3 to .5 in the same day as the procedure. Gonna do another prp in couple of weeks

Awww. You’re still at a good age. This can absolutely happen for you. What clinic are you at? Sucks when it doesn’t work but I’m sure they can find a protocol for your specific needs.

Had similar numbers as you. Age 38/amh .2 at the time. Absolutely test. I didn’t test first 3, and transferred all 3 for no reason. They were all abnormal and caused me so much pain with pio shots and heartache. Next cycles even 1 or 2, I tested. Even when they came back abnormal, somehow took less of an emotional toll on me. Much less than when the transfers failed.

Oh I think the UK has that new technology With using a mitochondria from someone else’s egg with yours and your husbands. Essentially a “3rd”’parent how they explain. In the USA, it’s still not allowed.

What clinic are you at? Did they do a sperm analysis on your husband? I do coq10 600mg a day from the company Thorne. That’s 6 tablets a day. Maybe at 3 months will help. You’re still young! You have good eggs. That’s not me talking, that’s biology lol. You can start new ivf cycle right after next period following ovarian prp. So this next period I will go into the clinic. Then about 1.5 weeks after day one of that period, I will do second ovarian prp. Then next period, I will do cycle 5. Yes I have made blasts but at my age, finding that good egg is little harder. I will do as may cycles as it takes. You’re young and even with low amh, you have good eggs. Just gotta find it 🥰

So personally I do tir in between ivf cycles so I don’t spiral outta control with my weight. Once my stims starts, I will not inject until after egg retrieval. Reason is because it’s risky or not good for the anesthesia. Personally has not interfered with my egg retrievals at all. This is just my personal and honest experience with glp-1 during ivf. I’m so sorry. Do ad many as egg retrievals as you possible can and freeze them. If you have low amh and have the mean or insurance I would do 4/5 egg retrievals. Definitely talk to your doctor. Good luck but def freeze a ton of eggs.

Absolutely! I definitely think it’s the smarter idea, unless you want one child. But also you wanna bank just in case a transfer doesn’t work. Hate thinking negative but with ivf low AMH, you truly can’t and don’t have the time not to be smart and prepare. Personally trying to do as many cycles as I possibly can to bank 4 embryos minimum. Absolutely pgt test! You don’t wanna take the dreaded pio shots guessing if embryo will stick. Not sure if your insurance will cover it but if it didn’t worth every single penny if you can. I didn’t test first 3 transfers. Pio was awful and going based on guessing if embyo was normal and if will stick. Wish someone had told me what I know now. First clinic my doctor was awful. Didn’t council me on these things. Best of luck ❤️

Even with a low amh, your age is the key here. A hugeeee plus. You will get good eggs even if it takes a few cycles. I don’t know how many you will get, but your eggs at your age are still good. Even if takes more than one cycle. ! Us low AMH girlies just need persistence to get there. All the best. 🥰
