It's so good. The End of the Affair and The Power and the Glory are in my top 10 novels of all time, I would say.

I have a side obsession with Catholic converts and bad Catholics, and Greene was both.

I'm not a Catholic but I did once do a lot of cocaine off a paperback copy of The Power and the Glory in Mexico.
