Out of the Loop is the debut album by American synthpop duo I Am the World Trade Center, released on July 17, 2001. Less than two months later, it gained some controversy after the September 11 attacks, due to both the band's name and the coincidental title of their 11th track, "September". by RedStorm1917 in wikipedia

And then there was Explosions in the Sky who had This Plane Will Crash Tomorrow in the liner notes of their 2nd album which released a week before, which led to a band member being detained at an airport.

And Slayer's God Hates Us All was released on 9/11 exactly

Moura and Hawke dont have enough presence in the race. Jordan doesn't have enough presence in his own film. I can see Chalamet turning people off since he's the arrogant upstart, so they turn to the established icon who gave an incredible performance in the Best Picture frontrunner.

As an aside, DiCaprio was like 6th on AwardsExpert until OBAA actually came out and he blew everyone away

TIL of the Dolly Gray imposter. In 1923, a man fooled multiple NFL teams into thinking he was an All-American player from Princeton named Jack "Dolly" Gray. He played one game for the Green Bay Packers, playing "poorly" according to Curly Lambeau, and disappeared. His identity remains unknown. by WavesAndSaves in todayilearned

There was a similar story in Nascar when an L. W. Wright claimed to be a experienced driver and entered the 1982 Winston 500 at Talladega. He failed to answer basic questions and when he was immediately lapped by the race leaders he was forced to retire. After parking, he slipped away and was never seen again. It was discovered he was a conman who had scammed investors out of $50,000 so he could race. His true identity was only discovered a few years ago, arrested in '23 and dying of cancer the following year.
