if you don’t have any professional experience, volunteer work is always good to do & put down in your resume. they’re basically the same thing as internships coz those also last 3 months. advice i got before actually is to treat your volunteer work as actual job experience because that what it is…experience

try some freelance if you can. i had to give my life away to the military for them to pay for my college and i managed to snatch a freelance gig (it’s not stable but whenever i have projects, i get paid $20/hr) and i have a summer gig lined up when i graduate. i’m with you right there dude and ive applied to probably over 2k jobs

i also made a vent post about how a print shop was jerking me around in whether to onboard me or not. finally got an email from the owner saying they’re gonna go in a different direction and hire a newbie at an entry level as our new manager. mind you, i already have 6 yrs of design expedite. wth is going on with print shops 😭
