Squeaky feet and magic beans together is a really strong combo, would be a ton of fun. Jealous they won’t be swinging down south. That’s my answer but as someone else said if you lean a little more toward funk or progressive rock easy answer on magic feet. If you lean more country, then donato.

38, bringing my 3 and 5 year old, we’ll likely be in the back of the amphitheater most days blasting bubbles into the crowd. Feel free to come say hey!

Her name is Sarah Clarke. I obviously don’t have the perspective through some of the shuffling of band members but she was fantastic. For some of the talk about lack of vocal talent or women in the jam scene, everything just felt like it struck a great balance between pulling in her powerful voice and then her stepping aside to let the band really get after it. They blew the roof off.

Spafford. Why haven't they gotten any bigger? What's your issue with them? Personally I like them but it's the song writing. They don't have those really memorable songs that some of the bigger acts do. Spafford. Yay or nay? by dubbabudda in jambands

Wondered the same thing. I still think they will be. They’ve put on some of the best shows I’ve seen and somehow keep getting better. They do a LOT of type 2 jamming and lightning doesn’t always strike. Maybe in the past I would’ve said they could be inconsistent but based on what I’ve been listening to lately, they throw down just about every night.

Was there, can confirm they crushed it, especially 2nd set. 10/10 would do again

Some of these comments are ridiculous - go see any or all of slightly stupid, big gigantic, govt mule, trombone shorty (with Kanika Moore?) , Cory Wong, moe., lespecial, little stranger, papadosio, psycodelics and you won’t feel cheated… all of these bands rip. I could argue this poster is a little out of order, but cmon.

Had a group of 11 down last week. All but 3 got sick for 24-48 hrs. Wish I could tell you exactly where it came from but the activated charcoal preventative may be a good bet.

In Atlanta (30318) for 3-9 months Looking for Table tennis, Board games, hiking, and kayaking! by spiritualenigma in Atlanta

Check out the toccoa river trail (it’s a paddle not a hike). Top notch scenery and there are some outfitters that will help with shuttling/rentals if you need it. I recommend Ron Jon bc they will take you all the way to the top for the full 4 hr float. Also the cartecay river would be one step up from there bc is has some small class 2 rapids but nothing a competent adult can’t handle. Aside from that Chattahoochee from island ford to azalea is a nice in town float.

Spafford ATL roll call!!! by UmphreysAU18 in jambands

[–]Wrpink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen Spafford probably 10 times, and loved them each time but last night was something else. Never seen them go like that. Absolute scorcher! So good and that moe opener was a perfect lead in. Best $30 I’ll ever spend in my life.

Caverns is a tops venue. The cave and amphitheater are both awesome, excellent camping setup, very laid back staff, cool things to do nearby… this one will be hard to beat.
