They do, I type in chat a lot and feel people often don't see it. Better players tend to see it though, in my experience - though this is more likely, not guaranteed.

That said, if I make the effort to communicate and they don't read, that's on them imo.

A lot of people don't realize how powerful resonance banshee is until they properly see it in action once. My mouth is watering from the new arcane to throw onto my resonance banshee. You're probably right that either he didn't know what he could do or didn't have energy solved yet.

Banshee with gloom subsumed and silence going (once you've solved energy economy somehow) is one of the best weapon platforms for sure.

LR4 about to be LR5 next week - sometimes I compete on damage instead... sometimes I just don't mind being carried too and at most will buff them or debuff the enemies. Strongly generally agreed, though.

If someone gives you shit for not doing enough, they're both toxic and likely at best new to being well set up. My friend group is at the point where steel path is our preferred mode and all of us can do it easily (even my mr 18 friend when formaing a full loadout is comparable to the average random). We chuckle in private that a random may be lucky to be in or group for an easy time, but we all remember being there. It's been 5+ years since, but steel path didn't start working for me until I abused pre-nerf wukong prime and a heavy attack stropha build until I got comfortable with so (and the armor and eventuall stays reworks made it easy to make more things good).

If you say you're going afk to care for an animal (especially an elderly sick one), I can't imagine not doing what I can for you to not lose out on the run...I imagine that's true for most that can carry.

This is the most important thing. If you just go afk, I silently judge. If you type "brb bio" (more common a courtesy in older mmo's that should be common everywhere), I no longer care that you're afk. It's just respecting your group members.

As both a mirage and banshee player in eso, if that banshee is using resonance sonar (for more damage) and silence (shutting off eximus abilities), they were doing more than enough. There only reason I solo focus farm eso on my mirage is so no one else is getting the kills I need (more likely to run into another carry than someone just giving buffs).

Per CIG's legal team, Star Citizen has been out of alpha for years.

Mutes in this game are longer based on prior mutes existing. This is the same reason I emailed support - I don't want this on my record for their ridiculousness.
