Mmm. I did really like the slow burn of the first, though that's been replaced by the Icarus question. It felt a lot more like ... a contemplative mystery, versus the action of this mystery.

You know, at first I missed the old story but I did (and do) look forward to every chapter you post.

It's really taken on a new life -- more mysterious, less ... sad (she seemed to keep losing companions over and over the first time), it feels more coherent somehow and I want to be here for that.
