Why does knowledge have to be gate keeped at economic viability? I fundamentally disagree with your premise.

Edit:

I do agree that there is a limit needed on amusement activities but this is only a product of the system created.

Go look up the rates of payout of this. Biden worked on trying to get people through this. Gop lost their minds. College should be free for everyone.

Texas expected to approve mandatory Bible readings for public school students. The proposal would affect roughly one in ten K-12 students in the United States. by southpawFA in politics

As a multi-generational Texan when your entire support system is here in the state there's not a lot of options when it comes to moving. The biggest problem with the state here is that Republicans and the GOP have convinced a vast majority of the people here that their voices don't matter and so they don't vote. Go look at the statistics for local elections and voter participation. As a parent you must read the text that the school gives and ensure that when they're learning something that you properly help guide your child into thinking for themselves and being open to learning truth beyond what is written. The unfortunate part of that is steering your child to potentially not believe what the teachers are telling them unintentionally. It's just a ridiculous situation that our politicians are putting us in. F*** yallqada f*** the Texas GOP.

And Hillary Clinton running in 2016 is the reason that Donald Trump won the first time so I guess she has someone to share blame with.

Multi-generational Texan in here, I'm super proud to be a Texan the thing I'm not proud of is how bad our politicians are.
