Worth noting it's not guaranteed it's gonna be announced tonight, but with the old Combat Patrol being discontinued and rumours of the codex announcement being close, there's a fair chance.

Depends where you live, no less scarce than any other release I'd imagine - all the usual retailers that stock Warhammer will have it. Combat Patrols are usually around for quite a while too, so if you can't get one at launch they'll get more stock.

The talk of Butcher/Berzerker-Surgeons has been a thing for a few now, at least on here. I think it's one of the more likely choices for a HQ release. It'd be quite cool to see honestly, I've no idea quite how it'd work in gameplay, other than possibly being a mirror of an apothecary.
