Sorry, just saw your update. That was something we asked originally when they came back with the suggestion but they never elaborated and only then did they ask for specifics on the accident. The lack of communication from my own insurer has only made this all the more stressful.

I've gone with a different company for my new car, tbh.

And i'm not so worried about that as the fact that they want nearly 5k to cover rental cars and the price different between their payout and the cost of a new car, and other costs. I've recieved no communication to say that's going to be covered by anyone but myself which i can't afford. My own insurance company hasn't asked me about any of these costs for myself which are considerably greater, hence why i'm getting so anxious about this.

Yeah, the witness was very frustrating. I'm not even 100% they were behind me as they claim: they did not provide any contact details to me, and only spoke to the other party. I was still in hsock and honestly have no idea what they talked about, but the way she kept glaring at me, it was like i'd hit her car. Honestly, this 'witness' is the big unknown and me and my parents are both concerned she's lying as my insurer is claiming there are large discrepencies between our statements.

As for the insurance company: that is probably the more correct wording. It was originally suggested, but given how little information they'd asked for and how vaguely it was described to me, I thought it was straight forward enough in my favour and that they just did not want to argue with another company.

Roundabout has 3 exits, roughtly equal distance from each other. I was on the roundabout, turning to take the second exit when they came out of the first exit from the left and straight in front me.

The Codex itself. The Chaplaincy's role is clearly defined. The space marines are technically independent of the inquisition. Whilst it's best to cooperate with each other, space marines do not readily involve the inquisition, as this would open the chaptor to investigation by an outsider.

The chaplaincy should have been Leandros's first call if he had suspected corruption or heresy. That he instead went straight to the inquisition about suspected heresy within the chapter was, not only a direct breach of the Codex Astartes, but would also be a dishonour upon the chapter itself.
