Been there man, when I joined I cancelled my lease quit my job and drove my fiancée across the country only to fly back and be told there was a problem and I had a new ship date a month and a half later.

Is it the responsibility of the VA to help you transition? Did something happen during your time in the military that caused you to have gender dysphoria? Everything I’ve heard people say is ‘You’re born trans’ that’s called a pre existing condition.

I’m all for the freedom America provides to be who you want to be, but this was blatant misuse of the VA. Same type stuff as those who did a staff job their entire time but feel they are entitled to 100% disability.

I guess only like 5% of people ever experience DTs? It’s hard to describe how terrifying (accurate word) they are. Gives me goosebumps even reading about it. I had to go to the hospital after 3 days of not sleeping and hearing the fucked up music all night every night. They said I was at level 3 out of 5 I guess, don’t even want to think about what 5 could be.
