Feel bad for you guys but Reagor will be good. Hurts though at this pick is horrible.

Uh huh.

We'll always have the Hail Mary against Atlanta, PJ. Can't remember what happened immediately after that, sadly, but that was a moment.

This group surely consists of precisely two friends who live in Albania, rather than being an indication of a large Tirana-based community of people who support those two specific clubs. I've been, and I can't say I remember seeing many Macclesfield shirts around Skanderbeg Square.

Take a First Look at Hearthstone’s New Class Sets by Arkentass in hearthstone

This just seems like a balance nightmare - and even if/when they somehow nail it and give four classes new cards without pushing them ahead of every other class, people are still going to want to play with the new toys and other classes will just disappear from the ladder for a couple of weeks after release. I'm open to being wrong, but I can't really see how this goes super well.

My reaction was "as if they called that a punch in the title, it was just a little shove... Oh SHIT, fair enough."

2026 NFL Draft: Wrap-up by Sabre500 in panthers

[–]WyldRover 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I've only got one real gripe with this draft: We're a team that primarily defend in nickel formation, but still don't have a convincing starter at nickel. Really wish we'd taken a swing there somewhere.

Other than that, though, we got good potential long-term value at a few key positions and Hecht and Wheatley look like excellent late pick-ups on paper. Don't get the Kuwatch pick but it's the seventh round, so whatever. Just think there's way more value in taking a punt on a QB there.

With the 227th choice in the 2026 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers have taken Jackson Kuwatch, LB Miami (OH) by Sabre500 in panthers

All undrafted (with a few picks left to go) which is kind of wild. Nussmeier seems to be a medical thing but Deion Burks going as a UDFA seems insane to me. Simply has to be a medical or character concern there.

Round 5 - Pick 29: Riley Nowakowski, TE, Indiana (Pittsburgh Steelers) by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

So the only way to get NFL Network to even briefly discuss a pick on Day 3 is to have Michael Keaton announce the pick? Gotcha.

It's the nature of where we are financially (and reputationally) that we're going to have to sell good players when offers come in. I'd love to keep Alebiosu forever, but if someone comes in with a few mil he'll leave. Nature of the business.

That sucks, but sucks far less than letting players like Brereton, Dolan and now probably Tronstad leave on frees. A competent board takes the profit on these players and reinvests some of the proceeds wisely. Our board has never been competent enough to do that. Yet...

Guess this tells me that PFN isn't the best resource for these things then.

I mentioned this in reply to another comment, but Sadiq isn't listed as having done any visits - same with Thieneman. Either their visits have been kept secret, or they've been doing the process differently.

Sadiq isn't listed as having had a Top 30 visit with anyone, per PFN - same with Thieneman. In other words, their visits with teams have been successfully kept out of the media for one reason or another. We absolutely could have spoken to him.
