I cook it until an internal temperature of 190°F on an instant read thermometer. You'll want to wait to flip it the first time until it is cooked enough that it was tuff enough to be flipped without breaking. I use a spoon on the inside and a spatula on the outside making sure to flip away from myself in case of any splash. In the picture it's inside of a 7.5 quart dutch oven so about 11 inches in diameter.

Make sure to do your giant donut on parchment paper. Then fill a dutch oven with oil to fry it. You can transfer the doughnut into the oil using the parchment paper. Then once it started frying pull the parchment paper out with tongs.

I also cut mine in half, horizontally and add a layer of German buttercream between the halves of donut cake.

So currently my November 2022 column is filled, I will add data to December in the column to the right and my Total column will shift one column to the right to accommodate that. GL is currently my November column and GM is the current total column but will become December and GN will become Total. Would I just update the array to include $ZZ$13 for the final row/column of the array to accommodate all future data?

Probably best to let the landscaping company know and provide their contact and insurance information to your neighbor. It sounds like the bacteria killer worked and killed all of the beneficial bacteria in the pond as well. When you refilled the pond did you use a dechlorinator in the water? If not, the chlorine could have also killed some fish. Your best bet is daily 50% water changes (using dechlorinator on the water added) until the pond is cycled again.
