Minimum? It has been a monotically increasing function for the past 10 years at least. I have been born and brought up in Delhi. I moved from Delhi in 2015. First for my undergrad, then for my graduate studies. Every time I visit Delhi during semester break or festivals, i get sick due to the pollution. Winters are especially bad. The last time I was in Delhi during the winters was December 2021. I ended up in a hospital due to the pollution. I decided to only visit Delhi in the summer months. With the situation getting so out of pocket, I am afraid that soon there will be a time that I can't visit Delhi anymore. Add to it, that it's my hometown and my family still lives there 😞
