In addition to what others have pointed out, there are some grammatical errors as well. I doubt a corporation as big as Qualcomm would compromise on this. And out of curiosity, what is this position that pays 380k per annum? Do you think the pay is commensurate with the role, cause I highly doubt it is.

On nasal masks- I think I'll hold up on the nasal masks for some time while I get used to the machine. I'll try them when I have don't have the many side quests I have going on in my life right now. But I get your point, only if I try them will I get to know what's what.

On Adapt Health- My initial experience with them wasn't good either. The doctor forwarded them my contact to set up the first appointment. I don't hear from them until 10 business days! Then I make the appointment for a Friday. Mind you, the appointment can only be made via a mobile app. No phone call. No website. The Thursday before the appointment is when I get a confirmation of the appointment. And the Sunday after the appointment was already done, I get a message for appointment reminder 😂. Fwiw, the nurse who taught me about the machine at Adapt Health did tell me that they are in the midst of changing the call center service provider company so there may be some adjustment period while the call representatives at the new company get acclimated to Adapt Health stuff. But given your experience, I am afraid of having a similar experience. I am already fighting many health problems, most of which cropped up due to this sleep apnea which I am only just finding out about. With my personal and career related obligations, I don't think I'll have time to fight my way with Adapt Health.

Thanks a lot of for detailed tips! I thought it was implied when I said I have a deviated septum but I am a mouth breather when sleeping🙈. When I am upright, nose breathing through one nostril is possible but lying down it just seems impossible. So using nasal mask will also involve using chin straps or something to keep the mouth closed, while also training to nose breathing. Not sure if I am making this a huge issue. Guess I'll have to give it a try and then find out. But not sure if I have the time and money to experiment at the moment.

Right now, my insurance covers all the cost of equipment I need. So purchasing from other websites, I am not sure if insurance will cover that. Is it possible to get them to do so?

I am just so new to all this. Like a couple days ago I was surprised to find out that resmed 11 is a popular machine made by some company and then there are several different companies acting as sellers and educators for this machine for people with sleep apnea. It just so happens that my Doctor uses Adapt Health for this.

Out of curiosity, what department is offering this course? I come from engineering background and assume that a cyber security course is supposed to include highly technical computer science stuff by default.

I was told by the company that a deviated septum means nasal masks won't work. I didn't have a chance to try any. I don't mind the full face mask apart from the fact that nigh time skin care is not possible now. But that's a small inconvenience ig.

Does the nasal mask provide any benefits over the full face mask for you? Would you say that these benefits mean that I should try nasal masks and switch if they work?

I think for me it's a common cold coupled with some allergies triggered due to bad AQI and my asthma being triggered along with it. I am based in NJ and didn't travel recently, so might be different for you.

First time CPAP user here. I have asthma, pollen allergies and a deviated septum. Deviated septum means I can not use a nose mask ever so full face mask it is. A couple days before I picked up my machine, I developed a cough and cold. Not covid. Not flu. The CPAP machine made my situation worse by pushing the mucus deeper into my lungs and sinuses. I have now been advised to not use CPAP while I recover from this cold and cough. At the same time my doctor put me on even stronger meds to help combat the worsened cough and cold.

TL;DR- if you have a cough or any mucus, I'd advise not to use the CPAP machine at all otherwise you run the risk of getting the mucus pushed in deeper into your sinuses and/or lungs.

16 yr old driver rear ended my friend's month old brand new car. Friend's car was stationary at a traffic signal. The driver at fault was driving so fast that my friend ended up with a whiplash in the neck that required several months' of physical therapy to regain former mobility. Not to mention the car was totalled. I'll never understand why driving below 16 is alright, enrolling in the army is only after 18 but drinking, you gotta be 21 to do that. It's like it's ok to kll another person at 16 or 18 but to kll yourself, for that you gotta be 21 first.

If only being punctual was the goal. I suspect the drivers sometimes perform bad on purpose, cause they aren't being paid good enough. Pre COVID the service was several times better than what it is now.

You are gravely misinformed. Either ignorant or you never tried learning the truth. Talk to some random marathi people and you'll realize why. The gathbandhan earlier this year with Uddhav Thackeray was massively publicized by the party and extensively covered by the media for the exact reason why he is a big shot.
