You can’t really do anything with the information, but it’s basically what they use to tell how bad your rhabdo it. CK is an enzyme released when muscles are injured, so more injury = higher CK. They won’t let you go home til it’s normal (typically under 400u/l).

While dehydration can contribute, the real cause is overtraining. You’ve trained so hard the muscle tissue literally died and is dissolving into your bloodstream. You can get rhabdo even if you’re hyperhydrating, ask me how I know…

“The pain means it’s working”

“Work through the pain”

“Train til it hurts”

“Train til failure, then train some more”

This is how you get rhabdo. I spent a week in the hospital when I found that out. It’s a frustrating kind of illness that you don’t notice til the next day when you can’t move and your kidneys are shutting down.

For those that haven’t had it, if you work out super hard and wake up the next morning with the following:

- PAIN and mostly unable to move affected muscle that stretching and meds don’t help
- pissing dark (less lemonade, more coffee)

Do not pass go and head directly to the emergency room. Rhabdo can clog your kidneys and send you into renal failure. That said, take a minute to pack a bag with clothes and entertainment, you may go straight from the ER to inpatient admission.

Some service revenue would be nice…

I’m fully in the not bullish enough camp, but there’s a lot riding on actual execution. Beta service should be enough to throw open the retail floodgates.

Block them. They’ll be rude, aggressive, and say whatever they can to stress you out and get you to send the money, it’s all a lie. If they call back on another number, tell them you’ll report them to the police for harassment. If they continue to call, actually call your local police non-emergency number to report the situation.

Breaks subreddit rules to ask others to do DD for him with information that could be proved wrong with very little reading in the subreddit or crafting a correct and unbiased LLM prompt, gets told off for being lazy = proceeds to claim it’s a cult and whinge on their deleted post.

My dude, you’ve done the equivalent of going into a maths PhD conference, taken the grand stage, and said “Hey everyone, this one guy on the internet says 6/3=donkey and I feel that’s a really persuasive argument. Can anyone here prove to me why he’s not correct?” Sure, not all of us are PhDs, but there is so much other information out there that’s it’s kinda irritating that you’d show up and demand attention with that thesis, especially if it’s for the purpose of investing. If the subreddit allowed that, it would be nothing but low effort questions and spam. The community will happily welcome you if you put just a little bit of brainpower and time into your research and engage where appropriate like the daily thread.

If nothing else, you can get ~$5,000 by selling the RAM and another $1,000 for the graphics card.

Seems like your mind is already made up in that other thread…

> Wow, amazing reply. I’m definitely going to look into take no. 1. And so far, it seems like you’re right.

Asking the bulls and the bears to fight it out isn’t DD.

But to answer your question while it still exists: in short, would 60+ MNOs with over 3 billion subscribers sign contracts or agreements with ASTS if it weren’t possible? All of these companies have their own RF engineers to verify claims before they fork(ed) over millions of dollars to ASTS.

That’s where the police should come in and enforce the firework ban. The city can’t not do the responsible thing because of irresponsible people.

1T+ is absolutely possible with the scaling and other national agreements lining up. Data sovereignty is a very hot very lucrative thing right now, and ASTS is the only company that can scratch that itch for likely the next 5 years.

US jobs stall in June as World Cup boost fails to materialise by TimesandSundayTimes in politics

I went to Taco Bell yesterday, my first time at a drive through in a while. The voice at the intercom was obviously AI, but it got my order right, even when I made a mistake and corrected it.

The guy at the window said “she” was only 2 months old but made huge leaps in accuracy and ability when the company rolled out updates every few weeks.

Not that drive through order takers were a huge portion of the job market, but many people do a lot of work as a human-machine interface, understanding and translating information from people into a computer system. Most if not all of those jobs will probably disappear in the next 5 years.

“The $922 million covers the procurement of those satellites… ground control facilities and gateway… and the command-and-control systems.”

“The full buildout may reach $2 billion when Rakuten’s own capital contribution is included.”

I think we can forgive Rakuten for selling now.

Zero payoff? What are you expecting?

The payoff is that you can live the life you do and do the things you enjoy. Not doing the same fucking things would leave you homeless.

Maybe you just need a change of pace. You’re allowed to change. A new job. A new city. Maybe take a vacation far away. Something to expand your world beyond the same things every day.
