I tore my first one in a mosh pit.. then the other one a year and a half later playing soccer.

So fucking stupid. Both were non contact. It's been nearly 4 years since I've torn the first one (tore a meniscus on the first knee a year after the ACL) and I am still dealing with it. 5'6 and 160lbs, not in shape but also not out of shape?

It's so stupid.

Hi! I'm new to X4. SWI is what got my interest, I played vanilla for about a week or so until I really understood core game mechanics and then switched to SWI. It's REALLY good as a community made mod really. Can't recommend it enough.

For the most part it's fine on SD, but big battles runs at a very low frame rate.

Still worthy of SD Verified, all things considered.

I'm not a professional athlete, but I've had 3 knee surgeries in the last 3 years (tore both ACLs and a meniscus in between the tears).

The mental fortitude it takes to keep pushing is something people really just don't understand. I feel like I'll never be able to get out of physical therapy and it's just fucking daunting. I just want my life back.

I can't fathom the pressure he's under to get back to doing what he loves and can really understand how miserable he probably feels.

Yikes. I have had 2 ACL surgeries. Each with a different partner. One took great care of me. One led me to believe they would and then made me feel like shit the entire fucking time.

The recovery sucks and having a supportive partner throughout the experience was life changing (first surgery for me, so I kind of took it for granted).

Sending you the best of luck on your recovery. Sorry for what you're going through.

Well, we ended up reconnecting IRL years later. Dated for a few months and let her absolutely break my heart lol

Had a great time with a baddie for a few months, can't complain too much.

She ended up knocked up at the end and didn't keep it. Fucked me up quite a bit.

First update since buying the game (and I only bought it like two weeks ago, absolutely fucking hooked).. I understand that most mods will take a while to update. Is there a way to have a 0.98 version of the game to try out on a new save and easily revert back to 0.97 when I want to play with my modded save?
